One MANS Opinion: Episode 157 – In or Out

This episode is packed with fantasy football goodness from start to finish. After a quick recap of his MLB and NBA betting results Jeff dives into his official “in and out list” for the 2023 NFL season. Though he is still recovering from the stomach flu, Mans goes line by line through the teams and players as he assembles his lists. Among the “ins” are the Denver Broncos, DeShaun Watson, Deebo Samuel and Dalton Schultz. While the Tennessee Titans, Geno Smith, Austin Ekeler and Garrett Wilson headline this years “out” list. He even provides some start up dynasty fantasy football advice on how to not screw up your initial draft during this hour of pure fantasy football bliss.

One MANS Opinion: Episode 156 – No Privacy

There is a very big misunderstanding in the world right now and that is the belief that we actually have any privacy. Between Ja Morant carrying a gun in every social media post to MLB pitchers not realizing that we can see the residue on their uniform, it seems as though some of us just don’t understand the modern world. Mans gives examples from his own life where his privacy has been taken away and discusses how he handles it. He also discusses some of the recent events at Fantasy Guru and why he is making the decision to remain at the company for the foreseeable future. Jeff also reflects on the NFL offseason and gives out some direct and indirect “winners” and “losers” from the events of the offseason. He covers everything from dynasty to best ball to redraft fantasy football as well as some sharp future bets here.

One MANS Opinion: Episode 155 – Dynasty State of Mind

Jeff Mans is back and in a Dynasty Fantasy Football state of mind this week. He is diving deep into his 2023 rookie rankings to uncover some of the late round rookie gems that are hiding in plain sight. Mans also makes a case for trading your entire stable of draft picks in order to secure the first pick in this year’s rookie draft. He also has some tips for how to handle draft picks for teams that are expected to compete this year and for those who are in the middle of a rebuild. Jeff discusses some of the latest news around the NFL including the Saints signing a very interesting former teammate of their new QB Derek Carr and a potential QB battle in Tampa Bay. He closes it out with his top five rankings and each skill position and then his ideal first round as it stands currently.

Another episode and another difficult week in the world of Jeff Mans. This week he starts by addressing the recent downsizing at Fantasy Guru dot com and why the current sports world is seeing a big restructuring. This leads into a discussion about Artificial Intelligence where Mans explains precisely what it is, how it works, and how it’s been around for years already. He also checks in with the current NFT and cryptocurrency markets that were supposed to be taking over the world by now. With the 2023 NFL Draft in the rearview mirror, Jeff gives out draft grades and rankings of how all 32 NFL teams executed their drafts. He wraps up the show by breaking down his first draft of the 2023 NFL rookie fantasy football rankings. There are a number of bold calls in his top 12 and some downright stunners who did not make it into his top 20.

One MANS Opinion: Episode 153 – Be A Man

Jeff Mans is back with another fired up episode of One Mans Opinion. This week he is taking a look at the NFL running back prospects heading into the 2023 NFL Draft next week. Bijan Robinson is the obvious choice as the top RB but some of the other names in his top 10 will surprise you. Mans breaks down which attributes are overrated when evaluating college running backs and which skills should be prioritized more. Jeff also discusses how he turned his MLB betting season around over the past two weeks and some of the trends he is noticing that we can capitalize on. There’s also an important message to all young men out there and parents of boys who are trying to raise them right. As it turns out, having moral integrity and being kind are not being stressed enough in households and Mans has had enough of it.

Jeff Mans is back (finally!) and is on fire from start to finish on this season four premiere episode. Right out of the gates Mans explains why he had to take a couple of additional weeks off of this podcast in order to attend to some very serious family issues. As always, he holds nothing back in discussing his daughter’s medical issues and gives a status update as it stands right now. Then it is time to talk about the start of the 2023 MLB regular season which was a rude awakening in the betting department. Jeff discusses what went wrong over the first four days of the season and how its been a steady climb back up ever since. Somehow, he has also become a very profitable NBA bettor and discusses what strategies he has implemented to win at a 70% clip at NBA bets. With the 2023 NFL Draft just a few weeks away, Mans breaks down his QB prospect rankings as they stand right now which are much different than what you will see everywhere else. He has a pair of very underrated QB’s in this year’s class that we all should be keeping our eyes on. The final episode of season three of One Mans Opinion begins with a season in review. Jeff Mans takes us through all of the uncertainty we faced at the start of the season to the present time. Mans thanks everybody who participated in this podcast this season despite many very tough topics that were covered. He also goes over the upcoming NFL offseason and discusses the important dates we need to know. Mans also reviews how we should be preparing in dynasty and keeper fantasy football leagues. Jeff recaps the first week of XFL 3.0 including his team and player takeaways. Finally, he previews the upcoming fantasy baseball season by discussing some of his early ADP targets in the early, middle, and late rounds. Mans also goes over different fantasy baseball league formats and discusses the player traits he looks for when targeting each main stat category. The season ends with a preview of the episodes we are planning for 2023 including college basketball, fantasy baseball, sports betting, and a ton of personal interest episodes that are ahead. Mans reacts to Arian Foster's claim that he received “scripts” from the NFL during his playing career and has several questions about why people are believing this. He announces a weeklong Super Bowl content plan for next week as well which includes the first-ever five-way episode of One Mans Opinion. Jeff also gives the keys to victory for both the Eagles and the Chiefs in the first of many Super Bowl 57 previews.
